The customer will receive a shipping confirmation via email confirming the shipment of their product. All products are sent Royal Mail tracked unless organised externally with Sarah Crossfield. Please email sarahcrossfieldart@gmail.com if you wish to organise a different type of shipping or shipping outside of the UK.
For any undamaged product, please email sarahcrossfieldart@gmail.com and arrange to return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
